Eyitayo Alagbe (b. 1997) EYITAYO ALAGBE is a Nigerian multimedia visual artist based in Ibadan, Nigeria. He was born and raised in Ogbomoso, Oyo State, where he developed his artistic abilities from an early age. He honed his skills through a combination of natural talent, formal education, and practical experience. He holds an NCE certificate in Fine and Applied Arts from Emmanuel Alayande College of Education, Oyo (2019) and a degree in Fine and Applied Arts from Obafemi Awolowo University(2023). Eyitayo’s artistic practice explores the complexities of human experience, delving into themes such as diverse lifestyles, emotions, struggles, and strengths. His work particularly focuses on men’s mental health, the beauty and resilience of African women, and the unwavering perseverance of Africans. Eyitayo’s artwork is a testament to his skill and creativity, and he continues to push the boundaries of his craft with every pieces he creates, encouraging audience to find their own place within the broader narrative of our world.
