About my self, My name is Dalit Marom, I am an Israeli artist who lives and creates in an inspiring studio near Tel-Aviv. I always loved design, painting, creating and have surrounded myself with art. After having my 3rd child, I decided to make a major change in my life: I left my career as a lawyer and turned to practice Art and become a full time artist. I studied art and painting at Israel’s High Academy of Arts – The Midrasha. In addition, I expanded my expertise by attending special courses, including a unique inspiring workshop in Italy, after which I opened my own studio. My art is the result of a unique painting technique which I developed using colorful patches of oil paints. Each color patch inspires the next one and my brush continues to "dance" spontaneously on the canvas. Most of my artworks are portrait paintings. I believe in celebrating life and get inspired by the energy of people - the more different we are, the more we have to share and learn from each other. My paintings reflect joy, smiles, optimism, colorfulness, beauty and high energy. My painting style is described as modern, colorful pop-art, which brings happiness, emotion and special touch to hearts and walls.
