Barbudaz is a professional artist who has been working for more than 10 years. His pictures are characterized by their recognizable style and difficult technique. The artist has regular personal exhibitions. Also Barbudaz is in movies, takes part in art-residences, collaborates with directors, poets and musicians. More than 50 pictures are in private collections. He executed the order for Jagermeister in 2018. The main characters of Barbudaz’s world are megapolises, modern demons, angels and monsters. Barbudaz combines the western and eastern traditions and synthesizes the technique for engraving, expressionism and primitivism in his art. Barbudaz was born in USSR in the industrial town. At the beginning of his creative way, taking up different trades, he explored a lot of sides of the modern society. Several years he worked in the metallurgical plants. The artist worked as an athlete, a croupier in the casino, a cameraman and a director, went to archaeological expeditions. Barbudaz hides his private life and appears in public only in the mask.
