ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This piece was somewhat of a love letter to my creative self. Art and creating has gotten me through so much so i wanted to create a piece that shouted loudly who I as a creative was. The colours are bold and are a myriad of those which I love to use. I've often used similar shapes in my paintings e.g hearts and flowers, and here they make an appearance again as they have become somewhat of a staple of my work. There's somewhat of a feeling of mismatching like there's not that much cohesion, but nevertheless that is what i love about some of my art. This was probably my favourite piece to create as of now This piece is on stretched canvas and will require hanging hardware, the makeup of this painting is primary acrylic, with spray paint, ink and paint pens making up the rest
