ABOUT THE ARTWORK

A still taken from the 1972 short film "Lucifer Rising" by Kenneth Anger. I always liked the imagery used in the film as and wanted to paint the jacket worn b one o the characters. By the time a finally got around to pain it I was a but tired of the image but still wanted to be excited about the finished product. I decided to invert the colors and challenge myself while painting it as I am color blind.
