ABOUT THE ARTWORK
from a book cover on the Spanish and Englsh language empire of the New World, I drew and painted this on foamboard as impermeable support instead of panel or canvas. Starting with unorthodox Sharpie pen in green as a graphic in traditions of commercial art illustration, this changed into fine art by some acrylic waterbase paint then oil over that to finish with as darkened rear semitransparent glaze with fan blender and linseed oil. One can paint oil over water base paint but in not water over oil, it will crack right away. The painting is a likeness of myself with mandarin thin beard! La Razza is the race as ethnic but with ties to a Chinese Arch of Triumph in downtown imperial Mexico City--ties by Spanish America to Philippines and the mainland by all its history...classic.

I started out as published at age 13 and began the art of ZEUXIS in oil at age 11. I am on Her Britannic Majesty's Diplomatic Service, since 2010 of Atlanta and of other Chicago consulates:a royal Spanish concert contact and curating, teaching, student administrating work for Lithuania Independent since 1981. Eloquent Books, published my five books history, policy and memoirs through amazon in Singapore and United States. I have an Oxford University-University. of Chicago-accredited 1923 degree through five colleges May 23 1982, graduating at a commencement at Rubloff Hall in fine art history and in English studies.
