India

Hello beautiful world,

If someone had told the young boy growing up in a farming family that one day his art would travel across countries, he probably would not have believed it. I was born in a small agricultural environment where life was simple but financially challenging. In such circumstances, art is rarely seen as a career. Like many children from economically modest backgrounds, I was encouraged to pursue a profession that promised stability and security. But somewhere inside me, there was always a quiet voice. A voice that wanted to draw… to create… to express. For some time, I tried to follow the conventional path expected of me. Yet the deeper I went, the clearer it became that my heart belonged somewhere else. It belonged to art.

Choosing art was not easy. It meant uncertainty. It meant financial struggles. It meant walking a road where there were very few guarantees. But I decided to listen to that inner voice. I pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts and supported my own education and city life for five years. During that time, I worked under senior artists as an assistant, participated in various government and private projects, taught beginner artists, and even worked on creative projects like event décor and community initiatives just to sustain myself. Every experience became part of my artistic education.

One of the most meaningful moments in my journey was when I had the opportunity to contribute to the preservation of historical artworks in the Bihar State Parliament and create new works for the Parliament House. For someone who came from very humble beginnings, that moment felt deeply empowering.

After my formal education, I stepped into teaching roles in reputed institutions, sharing knowledge with young artists while continuing to develop my own artistic practice. Over time, my artworks began to travel beyond borders—exhibitions in India, Paris, Japan, Dubai, Brooklyn, and other places. Reaching international platforms is never easy for artists, especially when resources are limited, but every exhibition became a learning experience and a step toward discovering the artist within me.

My art has always remained rooted in the spiritual and cultural heritage of India. Through my canvases, I explore themes from Vedantic philosophy, yogic traditions, Indian folk expressions, and the timeless relationship between human consciousness and nature. For me, art is not only about visual beauty.
