I was born December 12, 1973 in Vancouver, BC Canada. I am a man that has done many jobs in my lifetime and oil painting was never one of them. I have been drawing for a long time here and there but I never saw any kind of talent. On my birthday in 2009 my mother in-law gave me some oil paint. She saw some stuff I did with an online painting program. So she wanted to see if I could paint for real. I thought, "Hey, why not?", and gave it a go. I believe that I painted three, and it didn't look good to me. I hadn't tried animals yet and that is when I saw a picture my mother had of a couple of horses. When I was painting I was enjoying it.In the end it turned out pretty good. I called it Affection and have not stopped since. I hope you enjoy my paintings as much as I enjoyed painting them.
