Theresa Grohovsky was born in Zama Japan and has lived all over the world. She is an educator and contemporary artist. She is currently working on her Masters in Art and will be teaching art classes at Glynn Visual Arts Center on Saint Simons Island Georgia in the fall. She also serves on their education in the arts committee. Theresa considers herself an intuitive artist. She uses colors and texture to convey her thoughts and feelings. Color and form are constantly explored and she is influenced by nature, science and media. She creates vibrant and thought provoking pieces that take you to another place and time.
