In my homeland mimosa appears on March 8th as modest bouquet. Here in Southern France It’s an incredible emotion to walk through the hills all covered with blooming mimosa forest. It smells wonderful and yellow is so bright even if the sky is cloudy. Mimosa is not endemic plant in France. It was brought from Australia in the 19th century and it found local climate comfortable .
