ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This painting painted on canvas board was inspired by walking along a street in an European city during a wet winters day. The streets were empty, it was raining and there was amazing light. A single individual holding an umbrella was walking in the distance and the light threw beautiful shadows which capture this atmospheric ambiance that I have translated in the painting.
