Welcome to my Saatchi Art profile! I am George Psaroudakis, a contemporary artist based in Thessaloniki, Greece. My work explores the intersection of themes, such as "emotion and color," "identity and culture", where I aim to create paintings that resonate with the viewer on both a visual and emotional level.
I am constantly experimenting with oil and acrylic paints and mixed media. My pieces reflect a connection to the natural world and personal experiences and explore the fluidity of time, the complexity of human relationships, or the energy of the cities. I use a combination of color palettes and to invite viewers to engage in their own interpretations, challenging them to look beyond the surface.
I find inspiration in specific sources, such as travel, music, movies, literature and my goal as an artist is to create work that not only reflects my personal journey but also evokes thought and emotion in those who experience it. Art, for me, is a way to communicate beyond words and to spark meaningful connections that transcend time and space.
