New Beginnings is an abstract expressionist artwork created to embody the feeling of springtime. The strokes are bold and intentional and driven by emotion, movement and color. It embodies the energy of the scene and you can feel the life radiating out of it. A combination of brights and neutrals hint at the first flowers bursting out of dullness of winter. While bold mark making adds to the energy. It is raw and impulsive, and full of vitality. This painting brings tonnes of life and color into a room. This painting is made with artist quality acrylics on 1 1/2" thick, deep canvas. The sides are painted black. It is wired on the back and can be hung directly on the wall or framed to match your interior. It would look great in a floating frame. The painting is finished with a matte UV varnish to protect it.
