No Words Print

This work is inspired by every instance that I don’t get to speak my truth. As if a lump is there that will one day be a hole. I hope the viewers look at this art and remember why communication and self expression is very important. It will be one reminder for myself. I’d also like to share a moment with any and every viewer who is struggling with communication or self expression for whatever purpose. Our words matter and our throats can’t hold on to them for as long as we think. I wanted to use flesh-like tones along with dull opposite tones to emphasize the living and opposite ends of a disagreement. I worked to show the strain and dissatisfied expression on the female’s face. Enjoy!
