ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The series “Northern summer 2020 I – IV” shows impressions of the changing weather here in the northern part of Europe. This year we had a cold and sometimes stormy July month but also bright and sunny periods in between. We could watch dramatic scenes at the beach and the wide ocean and that with the next moment all has changed into a bright and warm impression. These artworks were painted during a summer holiday at the westcoast of northern Denmark, where I found these sceneries during my wanderings on the wonderful beach of “Tannisbugt” bay.
