Old railway bridge, Valentia, Co. Kerry. I used to visit Valentia Island. I wanted to capture the essence of the Ring of Kerry and the beauty of the mountains. The style is one I have been working on for a while, encouraged by the love of the impressionist movement. The brush marks evoke the work of Monet and Van Gogh.
