Rosanna Cardenas, a Gen-Xer, is an acrylic painter who paints her millennial friends’ Instagram stories. These images capture a journey through a carefree life seen thru the eyes of wide-eyed and adventurous young women with the world at their fingertips. Cardenas observes their wanderlust and thrill-seeking, thru iPhone photo stories of their travels, food and toasting gorgeous, colorful cocktails. Rosanna Cardenas is a native of Queens, NY where she currently resides with her husband, two teenaged sons, and two cats. She graduated with painting honors from the School of Visual Arts and has organized and participated in group exhibitions throughout NYC. Cardenas has also studied at The Art Students League (New York, NY) and participated in a self-guided retreat at the Saltonstall Foundation (Ithaca, NY).
