ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This oil painting was produced based on direct observation of the setup in natural and directional light. The process of oil painting started with underdrawing in umber tone by brush, separation of the light and dark and modeling of local colors wet in wet. Special attention was given to gradation of edges and textures. Color palette was in the range of orange/blue and variable temperature and brightness. Traditional medium and Raphael Oil Colors were used on archival canvas board.
