I was born in Argentina and moved to America in 1966 with an M.D. degree. After 34 yr of a pediatric practice I retired and dedicated myself full time to the visual arts. I'm pretty much a self-taught artist My current interest are in abstract art with an impressionistic bend. I use most materials and tools, such as acrylic, oil paints, pencil, charcoal and some photography. I like to paint with bright, happy colors and unusual themes sometimes. I favor controlled but dynamic, sweeping brushstrokes. I belong to several art organizations and have won several awards in competitions.
