Capture the quiet pulse of a Parisian morning with this original oil painting, "Paris Morning". Through fractured light and layered color, the artist evokes the atmosphere of Montmartre. French artiste painter French official marine painter/ French official army painter/ French officiel air force painter/ My painting is a dialogue between movement, light, and memory. I work from lived experience, from moments observed or felt, and I transform them through color and gesture into spaces of energy and emotion. Whether on the sea, in the sky, or in the heart of a city, I seek the point where reality becomes rhythm—where a line, a contrast, or a vibration of color reveals something essential. My background as a former soldier of the French Foreign Legion and my appointments as Official Painter of the French Army, Navy, Air & Space Force, and National Gendarmerie deeply shape my artistic vision. These worlds taught me to look with precision, to respond to intensity, and to recognize the beauty that exists in motion, discipline, and human courage. Rather than reproduce what I see, I interpret it. I build compositions through structure and spontaneity, allowing light to guide the eye and movement to animate the scene. Each painting is an invitation—to feel the dynamic force of a moment, to enter a space where color becomes breath, and where the world is reinvented through paint. My work is, above all, a search for balance: between strength and subtlety, between the visible and the sensed, between the world as it is and the world as it could be on the canvas.
