Janine van der Kaaij-Kruijmer (1969, The Netherlands) discovered her passion for painting and drawing at an early age. After completing a degree in Economics, she spent several years in the corporate world before choosing to fully dedicate herself to her artistic career as her family grew. Over time, she developed a strong specialization in floral painting. Her work has been exhibited internationally, and she regularly leads workshops, sharing her knowledge and passion with others. Today, her paintings are included in both private and public collections worldwide. Deeply inspired by Impressionism, Janine expanded her technical skills and artistic freedom. She further refined her craft through classical portrait training in Florence, where she studied traditional techniques. These diverse influences now come together in a distinctive and harmonious body of work. In addition to commissioned pieces, Janine creates original paintings that invite viewers to pause, explore, and discover new perspectives.
