Painting brings me so much joy and I can only hope it does the same for viewers. I find joy in the bright colors and my style is a balance between surreal modernism and traditional. I try to depict feelings and emotions of images using colors and patterns that allow for fuller emotive painting. These patterns allow you to linger a little longer at the shadows and light to truly observe it's shape and looking beyond the void. I also work with multiple mediums: watercolor, pastel, acrylic, foil, oil, and sometimes all within one painting. It's all about what will create an appealing, soothing, and "flowing" painting. One medium can never achieve that on its own. If given a chance I would paint on anything, cardboard, glass, paper, seashells, or canvas.
