Daniela has had two major solo exhibitions at Alternating Current Art Space (2017) and Flinders Lane Gallery (2013) along with several group exhibitions. She was selected as a semi-finalist in the Doug Moran National Portrait Prize (2013), a finalist in the A.M.E. Bale Art Prize (2012) and a finalist in Eutick Memorial Still Life Award (2012). In 2017 Daniela studied painting in Italy under Vincent Desiderio.
Daniela Miszkinis is a fine artist, currently focusing on painting in oils, in particular portraiture, still life arrangements and interiors.
Often working directly from life, Daniela creates paintings based on the premise that the sitter's psyche can be accessed through the observation of their body.
