Queen Elizabeth's death has raised a lot of emotion in many countries and a chorus of praise from all political leaders. Maybe it's because she embodied stability without having a concrete power? Or is it because she was a lady of few words in world saturated with communication? It is such a rare phenomenon that I wanted to pay tribute to her with a classical, impressionist style portrait in sepia colors like an old picture with slight touches of gold and bronze colors. The jute canvas allows glittering light effects.
