This painting depicted Cho Gao Street in Historical old quarter in the capiptal Ha Nôi Viet Nam. This is one of the busy trading spots connecting other old trading routes, that have been attracted many people to come to settle and trade here long time ago, despite of its few old houses remain. the Cho Gao street is one of famuos sites in the old quater of Ha Noi and it also is famous with a special drink, called "Che Dang". Actually, its recipe is just made of black jelly, coconut milk and condensed milk. However, the young realy enjoy its bittery taste. The painting has depicted the beautiful scene of Ha Noi old quarter's peaceful, simple and romantic street corner.
