ABOUT THE ARTWORK
We were sailing down the Tuparro river almost at dusk when I saw these clouds and I asked to stop for a few moments to take some photos; I was working as a volunteer in the El Tuparro National Natural Park at the end of 2018. This park is on the border between Colombia and Venezuela on the banks of the great Orinoco River. The landscape there is wonderful and I have captured some of it in my paintings. This painting I felt it had to be done in soft Pastels
