ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Materials: Stretched canvas, Acrylic and Oil Pastel Sides: Painted as a continuation of the motif Frame: Unframed, further framing possible but not necessary. Varnish: Silky finish with UV protection Signature: Front and verso, also signed Certificate of Authenticity The work will be shipped stretched and ready to hang, suspension hooks already mounted. My goal is to create a personal work containing variations that never ends. Many of my paintings consist of layers and thicknesses, and some are more transparent colors, with plenty of water and spontaneous brush movements. Inspiration I get pick of all that is beautiful and joyful around me. I strongly believe that we live in an amazing world full of joy and positivity. When I paint, it's a lot of fun and a lot of joy. Through my art I want to share the good energy and joy of life with others.

Ira Ivanova is an experienced painter and decorator. Her preferred mediums are acrylic and water color, and over the years she has developed a unique skillset and style. Ira’s art is marked by her love for nature and the intensity of city life. She uses contrast and bright colors to give strength to her favorite subject – ABSTRACT. Ira about her art: My art is defined as a mix between abstract-realism, sur-realism, and pop art. I like to play with colors, humans figures, abstract shapes, and spots. I work periodically in various techniques and like to experiment with different materials and techniques. My goal is to create personal artwork that consists of endless variations. Many of my paintings have layers of texture while some are painted with more transparent colors, with lots of water and spontaneous brush movements. My inspiration comes from all of the beauty around me. I strongly believe that we live in a wonderful world full of joy and positivity. I love the process of painting; it is fun and it brings joy to my life. Through the process of creating I hope to share the positive energy and joy of life with others. Her work is in private and public collections in Norway, the United States, the United Kingdom, Dubai, Denmark, Australia and other countries.
