About The Artwork

This painting is now the cover of Louise Erdrich's novel, a German release of, Ein Lied für die Geister. Set to hit shelves 17 Oct 2016. Periodically this painting goes on and off for sale. It is one of my most beloved paintings. If unavailable check back again or contact me to find out if/ when it will be available. Red Boat is adrift somewhere among a cloudy mind. You could sit and allow your mind to drift and wander into your most vivid and beautiful daydreams but you will always find yourself right back where you started.
