Red Gerbera Daisy Bouquet on Vibrant Blue Background Print

This cheerful floral painting on cradled wooden board features a lively bouquet of currant red gerberas with bright orange sprays of tiny blooms and white spotted green leaves in a creamy white vase on a vibrant blue background featuring painterly brush strokes. The line work was created using lilac purple crayon and this remains visible throughout the piece. It will ship lovingly wrapped in layers of glassine and padding, in a box. I currently live and work in Oakland, California and this is where the piece was painted and from where it will ship. I painted this piece over the span of an afternoon, in my tiny but wonderful back garden while spending time with a couple of good friends and I hope that the pleasure of that moment shows in the painting.
