ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Reproduction of the "Blossoming almond branch" or "Flowering almond branch", an oil painting on canvas made by the painter Vincent van Gogh in Saint Rémy in 1890. The canvas was a gift that the same painter gave to his brother Theo Van Gogh and his wife Johanna Bonger for the birth of their little son, named Vincent Willem.

I work in the home studio that was also the studio of the Italian painter / sculptress Adriana Darù (1904-1997). As a child I won a drawing competition at the "Corriere dei Piccoli" on the theme of the circus. After a traditional journey (landscapes, still lifes, portraits, author copies) my style is defined in 2019 with the elaborations and manipulations of famous works.
