ABOUT THE ARTWORK
My thoughts about music continue, as I consider that rhythym is a fundamental element of music and that sound waves are themselves rhythmic. I created a collage of watercolor pieces, painted in yellows, pinks and oranges, on Arches watercolor paper, which I then mounted on canvas and over-painted in oils, with touches of pastel, and gold leaf accents. Hanging hardware not included.
