ABOUT THE ART: Katy Keene, the iconic fashion star & pin-up gal, lounges in a sun chair dressed up to the nines! Never you mind that she wears high heels to the beach, she'll be sashaying without a care. In the background is Archie Andrews, Riverdale's eternal teen lead character. Katy was created by Bill Woggon in 1945, while Archie was created by John Goldwater & Bob Montana in 1941. Both live on in the pages of Archie Comics. ARTIST'S NOTES: I used natural charcoal-derived ink & quality watercolors on standard industry paper.
