I come from a line of artists. My grandfather was cartoon animator and artist Ray Patterson. My grandmother June Patterson was in the animation and art industry as well. As a child I was always inspired by the art in my grandparents home. As a result I have always found comfort in expressing myself through art. Whether it is paint on canvas or recycling materials to make something new. I am a Carpenter by trade and I get to do a lot of custom work for clients that allows me to.create using many different types of materials. I find excitement in finding new techniques and creating pieces that are one of a kind.
