Hello all and welcome to my gallery page. I am an artist living in Devon in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Everyday I walk with my dog and am inspired by my natural surroundings of woodland, rivers and sea, which inspire me. My aim is to communicate the sensory experience of being in the landscape and how this feels.I like to work in a variety of mediums especially acrylic for their fast drying properties and in oils as I love the way the medium develops over time. I work with abstract and semi abstract, as I very much enjoying starting with the process rather than the outcome. I find this very freeing and helpful to me creatively. I love to play with vibrant colours and effects like dripping, flooding, splatter etc. Thank you for looking at my work.
