Inspired by the lifespan of flowers, I would like topresent the moment of tasting food, a happinessof a sudden, to picture out the sudden feeling. The life of shrimp is gone but it can still fulfilling others. This is the second life. The dead is not over. That is the meaning of 'elegant to dead'. Watercolour is the medium that I used normally. I love it because it needs to race against time when you are painting. ‘As the water will dry out, if you hesitate on how to put the colour, you cannot do a good painting. The best way is forget to thinking, trust your instinct.’
