Acrylic Abstract Expressionism Art, by Canadian Artist Judith Cahill. Perfect for that empty space in your home or office. A highly textured modern painting, inspired by the Abstract Expressionism Movement. I love working with the versatile nature of acrylic paint and adding different fluids and mediums to create movement, vibrancy and texture. Then, by using different brushes, tools, scrapers and knives, I create works of art that are derivative or imaginative, spontaneous and dynamic. "My aim in painting is to eliminate extraneous visual detail and to paint the feeling, the presence, the humanity. It is existential. It requires being present in the feeling and the moment, paying attention to the tone and content, unbiased by what has occurred to this point and what may come." JAC Finished with a high quality semi-gloss varnish. Gallery wrapped canvas with 1.5" edges Wired and ready to hang. No frame is needed. All my works are gently packaged with commercial bubble wrap and reinforced with strong cardboard packaging for safe delivery.
