From the series "Ships of the Gilded Age" by Brian Palm. Built in the Dublin Dockyards in 1912, this ship was commissioned by the Canadian government as a fisheries patrol vessel. She was designed to the highest specifications along the lines of her successful predecessor, the infamous T.S.S "Helga".
