ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Seurat's great painting of his mistress is parodied by using an exaggerated pointillist style helped along by enlarged arms, breasts as abstract circles and a missing face. The dots outline forms, further abstracting the representational features of the original painting. It is if course not at all "scientific" as the title says but rather a complete fantasy overhaul.
