ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Siesta Beach is a beach located on Siesta Key in the state of Florida. It is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the west coast of Florida's shoreline .Unlike beaches elsewhere that are made up mostly of pulverized coral, Siesta Beach's sand is 99% quartz. This creates a powdery white sand that never gets hot. Its waters are warm with soft waves. There is an abundance of sun during the day and breathtaking sunsets. This painting was done from a photo taken during a sunset walk. It is framed with a wide silvery, gold frame with hardware attached for immediate hanging.
