Have you ever been amazed by the beauty that the nature can create? I know I was, ever since my childhood. I consider myself an amature artist since my main job has nothing to do with art. As my talent grew I’ve been invited to participate in Latvian exhibitions: at the Riga art house „Ankol”, Russian Artist association of Latvia, Art-Gallery Avec Elize and Style Beat City art club. I started to draw on my own, later on went to study at the Yekaterinburg school of arts in Russia. Not for long though, because I had to move to Latvia. This is where faith presented me with a gift in a face of a talented artist and teacher Valery Makovoy. He has introduced me to the wonderful world of watercolour, that has become my favorite technique for painting. And my most favorite paint comes from my homeland Russia that is called “The White Nights”. Also I enjoyed using “Winsor & Newton” paint as well. I live in the eastern part of Europe and we have dimmed, pastel colors of nature, therefore I try to reflect these colors in my work. And for myself, I would like to wish an ease and abundance of emotion in artwork. In order to grasp viewers deep into the layers of paint, unique style of filling the paper full of light.
