ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I was inspired to create this acrylic painting because of the love and passion I have as a married woman! I just recently got married and I wanted to depict two people that are deeply and passionately in love. Their hair has stylized organic abstract brush strokes, while their flesh seems to swirl together as if they were one body. The woman's lips and hair are the focal point as well as her hand resting on her husband's muscular shoulder. The minimalistic background allows the two lovers to stand out in the painting.
