About The Artwork
I painted this from a photo my son-in-law took from holding his camera at sand level at the beach one day. He caught a little splash that looked huge in the photo and was a lot of fun to paint. Laguna Beach is one of the prettier beaches with clear blue water and beautiful rock formations and great surfing. It has a huge art community and it is where I learned to paint from local artist extraordinaire, Michael Hallinan. Laguna will always have a piece of my heart. My favorite art festival is the Sawdust which is held in July and August in Laguna Beach. Please check it out if you are in the area.
