Spring Creek is part of my New West series that focuses on scenes from LA to Colorado. This scene is from a farmstead in Montrose, Colorado. The warm fall colors of the trees and cool sky provide the contrast. Other abstract and contemporary landscapes from this series are also available.

I am an artist living in Los Angeles and Montrose, Colorado. My abstract and impressionistic works are based on contemporary themes from his travels and experiences from New York, Asia, California, and the Western United States. My work can be seen in exhibits at the Kline Academy of Fine Art, Los Angeles, the Hawthorne Arts Complex, and on website . A recent work is on display at the Old Mission Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara, California. After being a writer and marketing consultant, I found being an artist was my next calling. I have lived and traveled the world, but now live in Los Angeles and Colorado. It's important to listen to what's inside yourself. We typically bury our creative spirit, despite the fact it is often our core essence. I like working in large formats using acrylic, oil, photography, and drawing.
