ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Based on the woods that back on to my house this study is a mix of traditional objective landscape art and subjective use of color and light and personal free association and expression. The work is part of an ongoing series dealing with reflection and universal spirituality through our connection with nature and the power of light. My interest in the landscape has been a recurring theme throughout my artistic career.
