Painting is a process where I find a profound state of calm and peace. When I create I get lost, as if I would open a window and immerse myself into another world, where I create for hours until I feel I finished. I create with the envision of enlightening someones place, room or even their view by bringing the beauty of what I saw or recall into their own place. I am inspired by nature, places I visited or lived in, and in large part, from my surroundings in Central Switzerland where I've been living for the past 15 years. My current genre of choice are Landscapes and Florals, although I sometimes challenge myself into a more figurative genre for exploration purposes to then move back again into Nature. My works can be found in private collections in Switzerland, USA, UK, France, Australia, Sweden and Finland.
