ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Painted on location on Lizard Head pass near Telluride in southwest Colorado. Just above Trout Lake lies a beautiful scene of Sheep Mountain and evergreens. I stood right where the Rio Grande ran through, I just love the history of this beautiful area. As sun got lower, the colors got more beautiful.
