About Anna Sun artist I am a self taught intuitive artist, based in Sweden, Dalarna. I live in a countryside and nature inspires me a lot. Originally, I am from Ukraine and was born in 1991. I love nature, quiet time, finding beauty in ordinary things and collecting precious moments. Since I was a child, I was very creative and did all kinds of paintings and crafts. A serious pursuit of art career started in 2016 as I discovered my own artistic and creative voice. I had a deep longing for years, that unfulfilled void inside my soul. I’ve traveled the world, got certified as a yoga teacher, stepped on a path of self-discovery and meditation, but I knew deep inside that I must paint. And at some point I dared and trusted that whisper inside my soul and started painting days and nights like a mad person. That’s how I discovered my unique gift that I am here to share with the world. I started taking art classes from Ukrainian artist Asror Muradov to educate myself. But my own unique voice comes from self-exploration and listening to my intuition and voice from above. I get visions and channel my paintings from a peaceful and meditative state, when it feels like I am just a bridge, a channeller, and the Source itself is moving through me to be born in the form of artworks. My paintings have a healing and soothing calming energy. They are here to uplift humanity, evoke people’s spirit, illuminate the mind and establish a connection to the heart. I am deeply honoured and grateful for this gift, I wish to spread positive energy, love and light with my paintings around the world. My paintings are situated in private collections in Ukraine, UK, US and Sweden.
