Konrad Geel was born on 13 March 1974 in Swellendam, Western cape, South Africa Konrad Geel completed his Fine Arts Diploma at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2000; subsequently he has exhibited at the National Arts Festival, Knysna Fine Art and the Nelson Mandela metropolitan Art museum. Konrad Geel and Anthony Harris where commissioned by the Madiba Bay Development Agency (MBDA) in 2009 to create a public sculpture that will be based at the drum of the Great Flag at the Donkin Reserve in Nelson Mandela Bay.- Port Elizabeth.
