“Temptation” 50x70 – oil on canvas, spray and uniposca. The work "Temptation" depicts the famous scene from the animated film "Snow White and the seven dwarfs" in which the witch offers the apple to the poor princess. Walt Disney draws inspiration from the biblical episode of the tempting serpent who offers the poisoned apple, which has become the eternal symbol of evil, to Adam and Eve. In the work, Banksy's Mona Lisa holds a bazooka aimed at Snow White while a handsome Superman darts by in the background. The Mona Lisa, a symbol of enigmatic beauty, suddenly transforms into a warlike fighter and the witch tries to deceive the girl. Evil hangs over us and can take on a thousand facets and hide in the most unexpected people. We must be real superheroes to defeat the evil.
