This painting came from subconscious and at first was non-objective and solely done with black India ink on canvas. Its winding forms gradually turned into the limbs of a full colored octopus done with acrylic and the addition of glass and hardware.

I fell off of a Rocky Mountain and landed in Brooklyn, NY where I currently live and work. Art is my lifeboat, running my solace, family my love, dreams my pastime. Style is nothing more then the regimentation of an artist's work to make it conform to an art industry which caters to the investment purposes of collectors. It turns artists into prostitutes and keeps them from the challenge in themselves to find multiple dimensions, meanings and inner truth.
